KIS is a social application that allows users to create profiles, post content, send messages, send virtual gifts, and interact with other members.

Users must be 18 years or older. By registering, you verify you are 18+. Information must be accurate. You are fully responsible for protecting your login credentials.

3.1 Not Allowed:

• Impersonation of another person or entity.
• Posting illegal, offensive, discriminatory, hateful, harassing, or violent content.
• Sharing unauthorized sexual, nude, or pornographic content.
• Using the app for spam, fraud, scams, or solicitation.
• Sharing personal contact information publicly.
• Any harmful or abusive behavior.

3.2 Content Moderation Policy:

Zero-tolerance for objectionable content. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We may remove content or suspend accounts without notice.

3.3 User-Generated Content:

You retain ownership of your content but grant KIS a worldwide royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify it for app functionality. You are responsible for the legality of your content.

4.1 Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase.

4.2 No refunds outside official store policies.

4.3 Virtual gifts have no cash value and are non-refundable.

4.4 KIS may modify or discontinue virtual gift pricing anytime.

All logos and trademarks belong to KIS Labs LLC. Users retain ownership of their content but grant KIS a non-exclusive worldwide license to display it.

Use of KIS is governed by our Privacy Policy available in the app. Using KIS means you consent to our practices.

KIS is not responsible for:

• User interactions or real-life meetings.
• User-generated content.
• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss.
• Third-party services or external links.

The app is provided “as is” with no guarantees. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time. KIS may suspend or terminate accounts instantly for violations.

We respond within 24 hours.

Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, USA. Class actions are waived.

These Terms follow Florida state law.

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated.
